Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the exterior of the package.

  Ship the Item

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier location using the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
